Penelope is a full time Mid-Term Rental expert who works with property owners, agencies, and tenants to provide the ultimate housing experience for traveling professionals. She is the mother to 3 wonderful boys. She is married to Darren, who is a successful real estate investor. Together they love traveling, meeting new people, participating in their church, and spending time with family & friends. Penelope is a life long educator in multiple settings ranging from birth to adulthood. With a passion for helping people and building relationships, she excels in assisting property owners and tenants alike in the Mid-Term Rental Housing space.
This is a beautiful condo. Great location. We stayed for 2 months and was very comfortable. Great neighborhood and easy access. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Condo was equipped with everything you need. Our favorite was popcorn machine and comfortable recliner sofa. Property Manager was extremely sweet and helpful with recommendations of the area. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this property for 12 weeks, very quiet, peaceful space the neighbors house had several trees fall. The landlord did their best to get with getting the power restored right away for the property. All questions were answered and handled appropriately and professionally. Would definitely Stay again.
